Individual Counseling

 Individual counseling provides a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to work through life’s challenges. Counseling can help with stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, communication, conflict, emotional wellness, and coping skills.

As a licensed therapist, I work with you to identify your goals, develop healthy coping strategies, build confidence, and create positive changes in your life. We can work together to process difficult experiences, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and move forward from challenges that may be holding you back. The initial intake session is $110.00, with each subsequent session priced at $90.00.

Family dynamics can be complex and challenging, but I am here to guide you through these issues with family counseling. I work with families of all sizes and backgrounds to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds. Alongside family counseling, I also provide individual counseling to help you address personal concerns and challenges. For your convenience, I offer teletherapy options, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home. The initial intake cost is $120.00 and each subsequent session is 100.00

I understand that life can be busy, making it challenging to attend in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer teletherapy services, enabling you to engage in individual counseling or family counseling from the comfort of your own home. My teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient. I am licensed to provide services in both Kansas and Missouri.

Grief is a profound experience that everyone encounters at some point in life. It is, in many ways, the price we pay for having loved someone—or something—deeply.
Everyone experiences grief differently, and the ways we choose to honor and memorialize those we have lost are deeply personal.
I offer a one-time, one-hour memorial keepsake session where we work together to create a lasting piece in honor of your loved one. Ashes may be from a human or animal companion.
This is not a therapy session. Rather, it is a one-hour, educational and supportive experience designed to give you the opportunity to create something meaningful while preserving a small part of your loved one's memory.
What Your Session Includes
• Your choice of a memorial pendant, which can be made into a piece of jewelry or a keychain.
• All resin and crafting materials are provided at no additional cost.
• You will need to provide a small amount of your loved one's ashes.
• I typically use UV resin for these keepsakes because it drys quickly, allowing you to complete your keepsake and take it home with you at the end of our session.
• Jewelry and keychain options can be discussed and selected before your appointment so that I can prepare everything specifically for your keepsake.

Insurance

 I do not bill or process insurance claims. This allows me to focus on providing care based on your individual needs and best practices, rather than insurance requirements.

I understand that insurance can help make therapy more affordable. If you choose to use your insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also offer teletherapy and accept HSA and FSA accounts.

My goal is to keep therapy as affordable and accessible as possible while providing quality care.

No Surprise Billing Act

Federal law requires me to provide a Good Faith Estimate of your expected therapy costs when you schedule an appointment or request one.

This estimate helps you understand your expected out-of-pocket costs for up to 12 months of care and provides information about your rights and protections from unexpected bills. This will be attached to your payment portal.
