The individual counseling process is uniquely tailored to your needs, whether that is to improve communication, set personal goals, work through conflicts, learn more coping tools, process through stress, deal with unresolved trauma, build resiliency and confidence or to simply have a safe space to talk without judgment. My hopes are that no matter what brought you here, after you leave you find that you have been able to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others as a whole. As licensed therapist I am here to guide you through the process and help you build a tool bag of skills that help you through your roadblocks while also learning to let go of what no longer serves you..
$100.00 for initial intake session $85.00 for each subsequent session.
Family Counseling
Family dynamics can be complex and challenging. I am here to help you navigate through the challenges and build stronger relationships. I work with families of all sizes and backgrounds to help them communicate better, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds.
$120.00 for initial intake-$100.00 for each subsequent session
Teletherapy
I understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with therapy from the comfort of your own home. Teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
Insurance
Insurance often can shape the treatment that you receive and the time you may spend with me. Instead, my focus is on best practices, without insurance influence. In the interest of keeping self-pay prices as low as possible, I do not bill, process claims or deal with insurance in the office. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience. I understand that some individuals wish to participate in insurance due to cost; I am willing to work with each individual to make accommodations to the best of my ability so that you can still receive the necessary benefits of therapy without sacrificing other necessities in life. I do accept HSA AND FSA accounts.
No Surprise Billing Act
According to federal law, out-of-network healthcare providers are obligated to provide you with documentation of a Good Faith Estimate either after scheduling an appointment or upon request. This means you have a right to an out-of-pocket cost estimate for a 12-month treatment regiment, along with information regarding your healthcare rights and protections, in order to prevent the possibility of unexpected healthcare bills. As a matter of standard practice, I will send you a Surprise Billing protections form at the end of our first session, as well as discuss pertinent details surround this regulation with you in person.
