Individual counseling is a deeply personal journey tailored entirely to your unique needs. Whether your goal is to improve communication, set personal milestones, navigate conflict, or learn practical coping tools, this is a judgment-free space dedicated to your growth. Together, we can work through daily stressors, process unresolved trauma, and build the resilience and self-confidence you deserve. As a licensed therapist, my hope is to guide you through life's roadblocks in individual counseling, helping you cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and others while empowering you to let go of what no longer serves you. If you're also considering family counseling options or prefer the convenience of teletherapy, I can assist with that as well. The initial intake session is $110.00, with each subsequent session priced at $90.00.
Family dynamics can be complex and challenging, but I am here to guide you through these issues with family counseling. I work with families of all sizes and backgrounds to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds. Alongside family counseling, I also provide individual counseling to help you address personal concerns and challenges. For your convenience, I offer teletherapy options, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home. The cost is $120.00 for the initial intake and $100.00 for each subsequent session.
I understand that life can be busy, making it challenging to attend in-person therapy sessions. That's why I offer teletherapy services, enabling you to engage in individual counseling or family counseling from the comfort of your own home. My teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient. I am licensed to provide services in both Kansas and Missouri.
Insurance
Insurance often shapes the treatment you receive and the time you may spend with me during family counseling or individual counseling sessions. However, my focus remains on best practices without the influence of insurance. To keep self-pay prices as low as possible, I do not bill or process claims and refrain from handling insurance in the office. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I understand that some individuals prefer to utilize insurance due to costs, and I am willing to accommodate each person to the best of my ability. This enables you to access the necessary benefits of therapy, including teletherapy options, without sacrificing other essentials in life. I do accept HSA and FSA accounts.
No Surprise Billing Act
According to federal law, out-of-network healthcare providers must provide documentation of a Good Faith Estimate after scheduling an appointment or upon request. This means you have the right to an out-of-pocket cost estimate for a 12-month treatment regimen, along with information regarding your healthcare rights and protections to help prevent unexpected healthcare bills. As part of standard practice, I will send you a Surprise Billing protections form at the end of our first session and discuss pertinent details surrounding this regulation with you in person.
